  • Do I receive a certificate?

    Yes. Every course includes a certificate of completion in your name once you have worked through all lessons and quizzes. Our courses are not currently accredited for CE or CPD credit. They are clinical training built to change what you do at the chair, and your certificate documents that training for your records, your employer, and your insurer.

  • How long do I have access?

    Lifetime. Buy once and return to it whenever you need to refresh a protocol, including any updates we make to the course later.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes, if you have not started. We will refund in full within 7 days of purchase provided no lessons have been opened. Once you have accessed the content we cannot refund it, which is why every course includes a free preview. Take the preview first.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, on courses over $1,000. Choose the instalment option at checkout.

  • Who are these courses for?

  • Do I need the device to take the course?

    No. Courses teach the science, patient selection, settings logic, and safety that apply across devices, not one manufacturer's button sequence.
